Cyclic Meditation Procedure(yogic)

Note:

If you are not familiar with Yoga, please practice regular session of cyclic meditation for a week and start this procedure.
Otherwise, the result may vary and adopting this procedure may bring some confusion

As I said earlier this procedure includes standing and sitting positions. Adding some prone and supine positions (asanas) will give some better result.

Please don’t forget to close your eyes until the end of the session. If you are unable adopt to closing your eyes to do that please blindfold.

Main asanas included are

Standing:

  1. Warmup your body (move every joint with its regular moment)
  2. Tadasana
  3. Parsva chakrasana
  4. Veerabhadrasana
  5. Trikonasana
  6. Combining Hasta-uttanasana, pada-hasatasana, Artha-chakrasana.

Supine:

  1. Combining pada-uttanasana, vipareetakarni, sarvangasana, halasana
  2. Katichalana
  3. Setu asana
  4. Naukasana

Prone:

  1. Combining bhujangasana and tiryag-bhujangasana
  2. Naukasana
  3. Shalabhasana
  4. Makarasana

Sitting:

  1. Combining Sasankasana, vajrasana, ushtrasana
  2. Chakichalana
  3. Paschimottanasana
  4. Dandasana
  5. Padmasana

After practising, laydown on your back, relax in savasana and enjoy the complete relaxation of the body and mind.
